Ingredients
- prawns
- oyster sauce + ketchup (50%, 50%)
- white pepper
- cooking wine
- sesame oil
- coriander + spring onion to garnish
- garlic + ginger
- sugar
Instructions
- Deshell and detail the prawns - devein if you can be bothered.
- 1 hour before cooking, marinate in salt, white pepper, sesame oil and sugar.
- Heat up pan to high heat and add prawns. Don't move them around too much.
- When they are 70% done, add garlic and ginger and turn heat down to medium.
- When they are 90% done, add oyster sauce + ketchup.
- When they are practically done, garnish and turn off the heat.
